I believe the Universe works in mysterious ways, and sometimes, it sends signs to guide each of us on our own unique journeys. The problem is, you need to have the awareness to see them. What is Wellness?

So, what exactly is "wellness"? Simply put, Wellness is the state of being in good health (body & mind). It is the result of deliberate effort or an actively pursued goal. There are many, many ways to achieve good health and wellness however like anything in life some effort is required if you expect to see any results. More often than not, the results you see equal the efforts you put in. So, if you are serious about taking some steps to incorporate health improvements in your life, then get ready to put in some effort!


How to Get Started with Wellness?

The good news is, every day is a fresh start and you already have everything you need to live a happy life. If you don't believe me, this is your opportunity to change the results you are tired of seeing by embarking on this new beginning of wellness and creating a new story for yourself. Heads up, this may be an emotional journey for some but don't forget you're worth it! It is okay to feel hesitant, scared or overwhelmed. Go at your own pace and take all the time you need. Over time, you will learn how to release and let go of your fears, build your confidence and trust that all is well. A major transformation if you will. No big deal. If you have any physcial or mental health concerns at any time in your life, always consult a licensed healthcare professional.


Lesson #1) YOU are the only person responsible for your happiness. It is time for you to:

My wish for you is to stop half-assing your life, because you can hear your intuition and heart telling you it's time for a change.
