Inspiring and motivating others helps keep me inspired and motivated. It brings me joy to make small differences in a world that needs small differences.

Over the past seven years I have grown in ways I never imagined. I learned to appreciate and love myself without judgement. I learned about gratitude and mindfulness and I found peace and finally understood what self-love really meant.

​

I started to believe that I could do anything.  

​

Through my journey, I discovered my soul purpose in this world is to spread positivity, hope, joy and inspiration by living my best life and encouraging others to do the same, whatever that looks like to them. 

​

In 2021, I had an opportunity to turn my side-passion of website & graphic design into a full-time business and INSPIRED by FLORA was born!  The business quickly evolved into a larger brand of inspirational products and services, including a Wellness Blog and Wellness Shop. I had always dreamed of working for myself, so I took a leap of faith, believed in myself, remained focused (and patient) and I am so happy I did.

Life presents many opportunities to improve your situations and yourself. The challenge is, you need the awareness to see the opportunities around you, and then you have to be brave enough to take action. This can be a little scary, or a lot scary but taking the first step in the right direction is all you need to get started.  So, if you think you might be ready for your journey of self-improvement, this is the sign you've been looking for.

I think you are worth it and I encourage you to take action. Increase your awareness, believe in yourself more and look for the opportunities that are all around you.
